Have to agree John. They really haven't done a very good job of keeping investors informed.

As you will recall they filed their 20F to trade the OTC of the NASDAQ. We should hear something about that in the next few weeks I hope. When (If?) they get approval, that will be good for all shareholders because CII would then have to comply with SEC rules and the SEC is a lot more strict than those of the VSE about reports and disclosure.

About the airlines, I don't know what to think. I guess they aren't being forced to meet the so called 'higher standards' yet but I would assume that these will have to be met in the next few months - at least.

There is very little trading at this level so I have to think that is this isn't a 'bottom' it must be very close. Hard to believe that a company that will sell approx. $4 M. in product this fiscal year and make approx. $0.05 net (after taxes) is selling for $0.55. If they can double sales again next year (and IF the pharmaceuticals and airlines will begin to place more orders I don't see why they can't), a P/E of 11 for this year and 5.5, or less, for next year has got to be a very good deal.

But first, they need to get the word out to the investing public. That last PR firm was a disaster. When looking for a new one, I sure hope they look into what they've been able to do for other junior companies.
