impristine - no lies - just omissions. No warning about the huge shortfall in earnings until well after they knew about them (quarter was closed out long since) - v. late with the pre-annoucement. Also, before that, they'd quietly guide analysts down (apparently not enough though) - price would sink, and only later would retail investors find out, while they were loading up, institutions were selling... of course, when asked about the price slide IR always "nothing's wrong, blues skies". Buyback program cancelled quietly, retail only finds out much later. You get the picture.

With this kind of communication (non-communication, selective disclosure etc.) - I wouldn't trust management further than I could throw them. JMO.
