TYC on an $85 Close or better ought to pop to $105, if Earnings and Split on Thurs, maybe $125 near term target. Tice is wrong this time, Tyco will bounce back. Can Tice be sued successfully is an issue of freedom of press versus defamtion of business reputation or tortious interference with Tyco business dealings, or worse, fraudulent insider information, unless Tice speaks the truth then all those CEOs are no doubt headed for bigger trouble than Tice, and their strong vocal dispute of TICE and what they have to lose if lying, tends by itself to prove that Tice got it wrong this time...imho.
