Jeff & IKe just got 2 3 box reversals on the SPX and INDU...form very oversold levels... don't know how high we can go, but 1310ish on the SPZ is possible...

I think we are seeing a resistance at 1288 area that is a new high but I see some resistance and possibility of visiting lows as to make a double bottom, only a break above 1302 may clear that and resolve the picture however I will be very cautious and still try ot make something out of this prospective double bottom test, fwiw.. I see a trigger below my magic 2395 break on NDX... and cover at 1260 area on SPZ..otherwise I will wait ofr that double close above 1302... with bonds at 6.35 I will like to see them retrating strongly from 6.36 and until that happens i don't see a rally materialising..
