Yosi, Please double check edgar to see if I'm correct in the redemption. I know that the warrants can be called at any time and I believe the debentures can also be with notice. They cant short for the 5 days preceding notice of redemption. Why is the 8-k so complicated to read. I need a class on how to read it. I wish I had the chance to buy those warrants, 9 cents for the option to buy 100k @ 3.066 in 2002. I don't believe even morganstien can screw this co. that bad. I wouldn't be surprised if the convertible was placed with an investment co. owned by morganstien or his family or maybe relatives.
