my guess is that you will see a retrace close to the point it gapped down, followed by further downside action. I am looking at stocks making bottoming patterns. I'm not looking to get into stocks which have just come off their highs. A general rule of thumb which I am seeing are a lot of stocks falling back to price levels they were at around 1994-1995! Five years worth of mania wiped out in months. I should note that I follow mostly small caps.
