I'm serious about AMAT here, Tom. It is selling at no premium and there business will be the least effected by all the changes that are going to occur in this industry. Intc has to scramble to become a cdma manufacturer, for exmple, but Amat is already there. Intc has to buy a networking chip company and then compete with vtss and the rest of them, but Applied could care less. Amat's business and stock will be more cyclical, but they will dominate the business that exists, whatever it may be.
