From DSI Toys SEC filing in May 1999:
Effective November 1, 1998, the Company entered into a consumer products license agreement with Titan Sports, Inc. authorizing the Company to use the intellectual property associated with the World Wrestling Federation(R), including the name, the logo, and the names, nicknames and identifying indicia of the individuals who perform at World Wrestling Federation(R) events in connection with the sale, marketing and distribution of certain of the Company's
products.

DSI Toys IR confirmed that the deal is still in place.
