Jeff, the annual meeting was yesterday...I have no feedback as yet....although my thoughts are Tom is still associated with the asia project, he probably has been making noises because his stock payout agreement is up in Nov, as per information circular for the meeting, and he must have been going nuts about it... I sure would have with that much equity riding on it.....now, I assume it was ratified, but do not know anything at this writing....more to follow...I believe that Dave Hite and Tom Price will do the right things to move this biz ahead...they both have a win-win event in its success.... best regards....
