I agree. It may not be a brand name in the US, but either is Internet Initiative Japan (IIJI). I think there is a lot of upside in this one.

the multitudes in India are so poor ... I doubt they could afford an ISP

have played many IPO's ... the name brands make it, the others die off from non-interest after a day or so

SIFY is hot. Nasdaq better get ready for the Indian software and E-Commerce companies. There are a lot more INFY and SIFY's out there.
