Hank, You might also make sure that you just barely insert the tip of the bottle in your nose and aim up at the roof of your nose. I think the directions say to put it in 1/8 inch. If you aim the wrong direction, it might be shooting down your nose and not coming in contact with the right part of your nose. This brings up a good point. Perhaps the directions need to be more explicit about how to properly apply the product. If it isn't applied properly, it might not work right. Dan
