Not as scary as when I was in Cupertino 10 years ago during the
World Series. Measured 7.1, remember?

How was the Hootchy-coo with Irene?

Timed my trip to enter FL right after Irene. Only one bad stretch of
5 miles where I had to put wipers on high and throttle back to 60.
Eye of Irene came through here, left much water and downed trees.
Not much damage to buildings. If I can't move Jose, I'm planning on
another trip. Sitting for a day(s) without power or food is a bummer.
