I trade my IRA through them as well. They are so much better than waterhouse (my former) that it's a joke. They are not perfect, but I get good fills, and the customer service is much better.

Robert, been in Silicon Valley (for real) for three weeks.
What do you want to talk about? Fidelity has excellent customer service but is not a day trders place just yet. They just got Naz Level 2 etc. but I have less than 20K so I can't use it.
