Stuff they run at fab 25.

I believe the embedded versions of 486 up to k6 all run at Fab 25.

Also the latest networking chips including ADSL etc are all Fab 25.

Having said all that I would presume that 80%-90% of fab 25 is CPU related.

In addition they are also going to ramp flash there in Q2/2H 2000 as dresden ramps up.

In terms of yields your 35% seems low. I had read a while ago of them yielding 130-150 DPW. So maybe the real number is 50%-60%.
