NTDOY doesn't seem to be screaming upwards either and I would think that they would get the lion's share of Pokemon profits.

Who knows? My bet is that HAS and MAT should do well in the next few month's barring a market meltdown. However I think that a market meltdown is a reasonable scenario with a dramatic rebound a couple of months (weeks?) into next year.

Ann,

Give it time - it will come our way. Xmas is right around the corner. Sitting on 5000 shares of HAS and like what I'm seeing for xmas sales and pokemon. Sometimes it takes a few days to make money in this market.

Glenn

I don't know, John & Manly. Been watching HAS(along with the other Pokemon stocks) awhile now. It must have a huge short interest or some other negative aspect--maybe weak management?? IMO Mattel's toys are obsolete.....HAS seems to be on the cutting edge. Wizards of the Coast Pokemon trading cards are the ONLY toy kids ages 7 to 12 think about right now(trust me, I know:o). It has become a mania for that age group. Don't understand why the owner of Wizards isn't benefitting from that fact. When does the annual Xmas move usually begin? Seems to be some life in the stock today. Thanks, ann
