Those tomatoes were incredible!!! Sometimes you forget what real veggies are supposed to taste like. Corn is the same way - I went to Marianis to get some corn a while back and what a difference! Theres a bunch of fruit trees in my area but they are all past their prime... and need some care like pruning etc. Still, I pick lemons and even they are better than what you get in the store (even though the lemon part is tiny compared to the rind). I'm looking in Pleasanton at these new houses and there are a bunch of wineries right around the corner out there. You're getting close to some real agriculture when you move east.
