TYCO bounce to $105 because: Either Tice gets sued or Mr K goes to jail. Would Mr. K risk jail if he knew Tice was right, or would Tice risk getting sued if he was mislead, and may be able to hide behind his undisclosed sources? Either way, the institutional analysts will closely scrutinize Tyco's earnings report, due Thurs, I beleive, and after that, as most likely Mr. K being right and not going to jail, but Tice being in the hot seat, Tyco ought to pop strongly, to $105 or maybe $125 by next week (Pre-Split). Imho of course. Or does anyone out there know of another case where the CEO gets on every talk show there is and lies and lies knowing darn well that his own earnings report the next week will tell the tale....I do not know of a single case like that....does anyone? Human nature, and the strong emotion in Mr. K's voice makes me beleive, on human nature grounds alone, that Tice got it wrong this time....imho. I am, Truly yours, -Crystal Ball P.S. In case you are wondering, yes, I bought some of this when I heard of the "Blood in the Streets" sob story, but even on the darkside, Tyco is a big big company, and with its "Cisco of the Seas" and other electronics etc., I am not worried about losing any money either way. I do predict its a short term big gainer.
