1. 4000 DPW is high for Q1'99 when Q2's production started.
2. Considering low yield K6-3 line, mobile K6-2's, initial Athlon line and other CPU products, 3000 DPW is more like it.
3. AMD also had a mask change for the K6-2 during this period, probably involving some downtime for reconfiguration
