they have to renew court protection on october 28th. they have already renewed several times since march of this year my broker thinks as long as they are showing progress in straighting out their balance sheet for the better the court will continue as they have. the courts do not want to drive someone to bankruptcy because it does not benefit anyone especially if the company is showing progress. we now have a new contract for our oil which will see us get another $20 bucks per barrel if we merge with shymkent on top of the 70 per barrel already this is actually what saved us not the merger because the price we were getting before was lower than the cost of producing it and shymkent was charging exorbant fees for processing there are a lot of things that have changed since the beginning of last year. these are the most important.
