Paul, Intel is getting absolutely KILLED today - no doubt about it. INTC is still a better investment than an interest bearing checking account over the last 26 months, but not by much! Scumbria

AMD is severely wounded as well.>>> Most of the chip stocks are getting wounded today and do you know why.....because intc, after promising a better 2nd half, couldn't make its numbers. Its put the whole sector under a dark cloud even when other companies ARE making their nos. Intc was bound and determined to take back market share by discounting the h*ll out of its chips.....and it won, sort of. WAS THE COST WORTH THE RESULTS? ted
