Congrats on rnwk and aol "trying"to keep you from the poorhouse. I have had some mighty losses on options.
So you are probably right to keep away from them.
Of course I've made a lot too, does it all equate to a gain?
I'll have to go figure it out :o)

I still use the Aloe Vera: it has been great for me, keeping my joints generally healthy...lately my hip hurts but all other joints are in good shape.
Trying glucosomate for now but so far it hasnt helped.
I get so annoyed when health issues raise their heads...spoiled I guess.
