I see. So I guess it is in the translation after all (even if BV doesn't want to admit it). Do I have it right then that you believe that an individual can be sinless while on earth? I believe that we all have sin always and that is why we need Jesus. This would differ from your (possible) belief in that once you are "born again"(?) you are made clean and sinless until you sin again(which is why you need Jesus, because let's face it, it's a daily struggle). All because of a pluralization... hmmm. how interesting.

I also believe in forgiveness of sins and the forgiveness of sin which Jesus died for. Basically it has been explained to me (multiple times) that repentance is so that you feel better and can go back to serving God. Basically forgiveness of sins is for personal benefit in order to better -future- serve the Lord. Whereas forgiveness of Sin is so that we may have eternal life through Jesus - of course in order to have this life he must also have died for all of our other sins as well, but this is secondary to the Genesis limitation of "life"(which is another topic all-together) which has been redeemed in Christ.
