TI is excessively valued QCOM is not. In fact QCOM is the only undervalued large cap Tech stock I can find.

Mike: TXN got downgraded by an analyst that was not impressed by the EPS outlook. Hmmm ... what else could this guy have hoped for?? He must be holding a lot of Qualcomm in his portfolio.
