In summary I talked to an upbeat Tom (it is easy to detect a phony uplifting voice). Tom seems genuinely on the verge of something. I just want you all to know that all your concerns are being filtered down to Tom. He knows the problems. he knows what he has to do and seem to me to be doing it.
