The fact is no company will award a substantial contract to Newbridge, which has admitted that it is not capable of being a reliable supplier.

That's a fact that seems to escape the Newbridge apologists. This company is unreliable and simply is not a "player" when it comes to big contracts.

ZO, you're just upset that Alcatel will probably get a substantial portion of the SBC DSL contract. As far as I'm concerned, the New York Times has credibility. I would rather rely upon their statements. Ok, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. What are your statistics to demonstrate that the New York Times, as you stated, "has a very poor track record?"

ZO, check out #937 under the Alcatel thread. What is your feeling about Dow Jones's credibility? Maybe both Dow Jones and the New York Times are wrong. Maybe they are both right?
