The difference is that IBM and INTC are becoming cheap due to falling prices even as fundamentals remain static or erode. In contrast, QCOM is cheap due to improving fundamentals even as the price increases. There will always be a lot of shorts on Q until Jacobs is "made" (requires at least two cover shots on Fortunue mag in same year...call Mikey Dell for details as his slot is now available).
