ESSXSPORT CORP CEO ANSWERS YOUR QUESTIONS! Dear Sir or Madam, (Jhild) I am the CEO of EssxSport Corp. I have seen your countless postings. I understand your wanting to weed out those touters and I agree with you that is why we have not hired any one to promote our stock. I would like to answer some of your questions that have been unanswered. Mr. Spencer Eubank was the secretary of Southern Development at the time we obtained controlling interest of the company. We obtained the majority share holdings to launch the new company name EssxSport, it's products, and services We contracted with Mr. Spencer Eubank to assist in the transition of the transfer of the company and that he was to resign within 6 months. He did in fact do as promised and resigned in March of 1999 and our association with him has been from this point on only as a shareholder. Mr. Eubank is on our newsletter list that receives info from time to time. We do not have any agreements with him to promote or write for us even though he has corrected us on some press releases after we sent them out after the fact. (Of course for no pay). A Mr. Robert Dultz was in fact the founder of the original corporation when it was incorporated back in 1984 under the name Southern Development. Whether this is the same Dultz family you are referring to I am not sure. Spencer Eubank became secretary in 1996 over 10 years later. We are not associated with any former management, founders, and/or directors from the any previous groups. We applied to the NASD on our own with full disclosure and were accepted in May on the OTC pink sheets. The company sent the necessary info to the state about the change in our management structure after our year-end August 31, 1999. Based upon your information we have discovered that because we had changed registered agents. This is where the problem on the new posting occurred, it did not arrive properly. We have today sent again the proper documents to the state of Nevada. We appreciate your interest in the company and if you would like additional information please visit our web site www.essxsport.com and sign up for our newsletter under the guest book. The other information as we see it does not have a relation to us other than our past relationship with Mr. Spencer Eubank. Mr. Eubank is to my knowledge a consultant and his association with other companies or individuals has no baring to our day to day operations and is of no relevance to us. Our Company has three incorporated divisions; Essx Track and Field Equipment Inc. Sales in our first year $211,000 with a small profit. Essx Team Attire Inc. Start-up date January 1, 2000 Eonlinesports.com Inc. Start-up date December 1st 1999 e-commerce site www.eonlinesports.com We are just a couple of Olympians trying to make a living as a new and growing company with 20 years experience.
