Very interesting, I understand that the software to run this auction cost over a million dollars to create.
Wonder who bidder 3645908 is? they are hot after Pembroke at $20,000 licence#3-16A(good price??)looks like at&t has the majority sewn up(largw market areas), when you look at the big picture it's clear trading deals have been brokered ahead of the auction.
