It will be insane for the court to recommend any drastic actions considering the current computer industry, which is highly competitive with Linux making inroad into many computers. Internet is changing many industry practices. The consensus of the public has always been "Let the companies compete, and the government should stay out." If the government really wants to get into private industries, they should look at why some NUTS IPO companies command 10s of BILLIONS in market cap when they lose money like crazy every quarter.
