As for Noam Chomsky, he was yet another apologist for the failed and disproved socialist theories. He was a whining progressive who could only find fault with his own free society.

He criticized capitalism and democracy because they fell short of his own hypothetical and unattainable view of social perfection but he lacked the analytic capacity or objectivity to critique the abject and uniform failures of socialism and communism.

In short, he embodied the characteristics of all liberals.
