First Boston: Good quarter guys!!! Q. Pricing pressure in DVD chips? A. Yes, but we are integrating more on the chip to give more to the customer thereby stabilizing ASPs. Q. Comment on CISCO purchase of Cocom? A. Lookabaugh - some concern about competition in settop area. But, this acquisition puts Cisco behind the Davic standard which is a real plus for Divicom Q. Opportunities to work with Cisco? A. We already are! AB -- Cube semi growth is so strong that it is unpredictable when or if Divi will overtake Cube semi.
