Tim, Good to see you back. Very interesting posts (VBG).

I really enjoyed the letter you allegedly received from the state of Arizona. Who is the author??? (VBG)

Oh, by the way, would you be surprised to learn that Orex has written documentation from the State of Arizona which authorizes Orex to begin milling and mining immediately?? It appears that your "contact" does not know what the other hand is doing. (VBG).

Have you ever been affiliated with the following mining companies and have you ever received any compensation in any form from these mining companies: GPGI MAXM NXOS ???
(VBG)

Are you still affiliated and employed by GREFCO Industries a direct competitor of OREX and do you offer your professional opinion on the message boards??? (VBG)

Why did you show up today and start posting negative information immediately after selling your position??? Do you have any plans on buying back the stock at a lower price???? (VBG)

Have you ever been involved in manipulating desert dirt mining stocks in the past??? Did you initially believe that Orex was a desert dirt mine stock and now you have found out that the company is very real and poses a threat to the future of Grefco??? (VBG)

Things are just beginning to unfold..(VBG)

Mr. T. Hall: Can you please give me the contact name at the State were this came from? A phone number for their office would help also.

Thanks in advance....
Jim

<<<<Hi Tim-

Thanks for the web site. The old Groundwater Quality Protection Permit is still active but
they are still required to obtain an Aquifer Protection Permit (like every other mine that is
operating under a GWQPP). They asked for a 120-day extension to their deadline of Sept
10, 1999 to submit an application. On Sept 13, 1999, we denied the 120-day but gave them
a 90-day extension under the condition that they submitted 30-day status reports until Dec
10, 1999, which is when the application is due.

Their first 30-day staus report was very vague, but it did state that they were "updating
some new equipment" (if the equipment is new, then I am not sure what is meant by
"updating").>>>>
