To be honest, I think this was the first time I ever truly felt like the people on the other end of the phone were listening to what I was saying about the problem. Go figure. I start transferring assets out and they start to get their public relations act together (yeah, right, don't count on it). What bothers me most about this is not just that the data is bad. If one wanted to challenge a trade execution, the only record we have is the screen that we print out at the time of placing the order. Since it shows the wrong trade time, how could anyone possibly track that order back to a transaction log. Not possible. Offie
