I am not nearly as certain of a pending takeover >>> i am......keep in mind that if it is gec who is the buyer they will not be able to take their sweet time in doing so...there are several other companies that would buy cs....now for the recent drop in price....could be the deal price is under 30 for which i doubt....gec is splitting up marconi and they will be a networking powerhouse....cs reports in the mid part of dec well i'm banking on this deal being announced before the next report. how much more can they drive this stock down?...premire networker..300 million in the bank..no debt...
