Sorry, have not been following closely the last few days. Are Equip stocks down only because of GS, bonds etc. or is something else also happening?? If not, I need to remind myself to buy more this week.

And to ask what we are to infer from the timing of this gratuitous "notice," coinciding as it does with MSFT's earnings release. The silly buggers. The fact that Boies (sp?) was over in Europe inciting the French and other foreign governments to sue a U.S. corporation is in and of itself too outrageous for words. If the justice department and indeed the judicial system weren't so hopelessly dysfunctional, we might have real cause for worry! Sorry for the rant! Cheers.
