To all,

Did anyone here read the G&M article several days ago (maybe a week) and according to the analyst in the article designated MCF as a sell, stating that the company was losing money. Right after that article the stock started to lose strength.

I would attribute most of the recent weakness to that very article.

Maybe MF is in talks with a US investment house to help them (sponsor) get onto the National Market. Maybe MCF is coupling a NASD listing with an offering. If this is their plan then it would explain the manipulation of the share price. I'm not sure but I think the Big US firms require a "quiet period" before a listing.
