All you have got is one side saying that they were deployed and the other side refuting it. And the other side's argument that "the missiles are not operational until they are assembled and are used in training by the military", at least gives them some ground. Their opponents however, evade a direct answer to that one. How convenient!

India is Dishintugrating.

"diSHITregating" is more like it. Almost certainly because of all that sh*t by the riverbanks, below the bridges, by the side of the railway tracks, below the trees, in the middle of the roads etc. etc.
