In my conversation with Vanessa at FHTV within days after 'The Fax' was first typed and posted, she told me that she had seen 'The Fax' posted on RB and told me that it was a private company document and was not supposed to have been made available for public viewing. It is true that in the press release it says:

The company has not released any documents or financial information.

In the case of 'The Fax' this would be true...the company never released this document. According to Webster, the dictionary definition of release is:

1. To set free from confinement or restraint. 2. To free or unfasten; let go. 3. To dismiss 4. To issue for performance, sale, publication, or distribution 5. To relinquish.

In view of the dictionary definition, I would have to agree with you. FHTV did not free from confinement or restraint, let go of, dismiss, issue for performance, sale, publication or distribution, or relinquish, this private company document.

NUFF SAID!!
