Ed,

I think Imbler suggesting analysts not raise estimates was a prudent thing to do. They've now beat estimates 2 quarters in a row and I'm sure they'd like to continue a return to some stronger momentum. And, as you say, the expected higher costs, due to additional hiring may not pay off immmediately. Sales reps usually take 6-9 months to be productive. So no sense in raising estimates if it might jeopardize them hitting them in the 12/99 quarter. I'm sure if they execute well in Q2 that they may be more agreeable to seeing numbers raised in Q3 and Q4, based on the last Q4 conference call and being past Y2K at that point. It'll be interesting to see how the new eBusiness unfolds. And Rodek came in kind of cold ... although he's been on the board since ARSW days.
