The revenue number is not impressive.

Don't really agree with that. The key number is the license revenue, and its growth rate. License sales accelerated both on a year over year and quarter over quarter basis when compared with June Q.

Year over year
Q3 license revenue growth - 107%
Q2 license revenue growth - 93%

Quarter over quarter
Q3 license revenue growth - 22.4%
Q2 license revenue growth - 21.1%

So, growth is still accelerating. Now is not the time to short. See ya in January!

Your calculations aren't relevant to those who own the bulk of the stock. I haven't checked your numbers because that is a waste of time but I know that:

1) BVSN beat expectations with $29.8mm (Robertson was at $24mm)
2) the quarter was clean
3) the company is gaining mindshare
4) ecommerce is big and getting bigger
5) web consulting firms are at the forefront of a huge ramp-up in ecommerce bodies
6) BVSN is the leader
7) P.M.Freedman's view of revs as 'not impressive' doesn't matter
