i wouldn't be selling any naked at puts at this juncture...(i don't do it ever -puts or calls- that stuff can destroy you very fast if you do it wrong just one time)

You need to be confident that it will stay above the strike less premium for the WHOLE TIME between now and the expiration - or be prepared to take the stock - I assume you know that but your post was not clear. You sell 40 May puts or whatever and the stock goes to 33 next week, you are a buyer at 40 - next week.
