Firing from the lip, Greg, it was not a securities class action. It was an old employee suit against the Pension Plan Trustees for violation of fiduciary duties. I could be a smart ass and characterize the suit as blaming the Trustees for buying stock that would go down it the future, but I won't. IF memory serves, it was not the type of class action that would be signifiacnt to a management analysis. Duke

Greg, why doesn't usisys just get a beta copy of windows 2000 and start shipping that with the 8-way acquinis (sp) servers? They've got the profusion upgrade already, that's all that Microsoft is waiting for. Seems simple to me.
