THIS TECHNOLOGY IS POINT TO MULTIPOINT LINE OF SIGHT AND DOSE NOT COMPETE IN A MOBILE ENVIORMENT.One would need thousands of antenae in a neighborhood to hook up computers in a line of sight.There is no possibility for a mobile device to connect to this scheme.

These are the kind of Bull Sh*t claims a successful company can expect to have to deal with. Nothing a few lawers won't be able to fend off. Hopefully it won't delay the "official" 3G standards process. If it does I would think Qualcomm will forge ahead and carriers will deploy, even in the absence of a complete 3G standards process.
