With or without my CRAP, if Intel and Rambus don't come through, and there is further loss by shareholders, then there will be litigation against Rambus. I think some of the grounds for litigation would be related to withholding pertinent information that should have been made available to shareholders in a timely fashion to help them make prudent decisions regarding their investment in the company. Information that was readily made available to non-shareholders, but not to the owners of the company... the shareholders. Of course the only ones that make out from such litigation are the lawyers. Such litigation is nothing but a cash cow for the lawyers.

But of course none of this is going to happen, because we will see Intel and Rambus come through on monday. But in the meantime it doesn't make me any less angry about the Blackout.
