Gary, Please excuse my ignorance.. what does shares exchanged mean.. can you explain that to a lay person please? Kenneth, No problem. The column is headed "Shares Changed," not "Shares Exchanged." The column means how many shares were added or (when in parentheses) subtracted from the amount of shares held at the beginning of 2Q99. The first column is the resultant holdings (after addition or subtraction per the "Shares Changed" column). Not a model of clarity, to be sure. Gary Korn
