The 1993 is adjusted for splits and is on a par with the high price for 1993. Market capitalization means little to the shareholder. What counts is what he paid and what he can get when he sells. Market cap, balance sheets, cash, hedged positions are great for management, but means little to the investor if he cannot experience a profit for his ownship of the companies shares.
