A master limited partnership whose stock I own, Cedar Fair, L.P., which owns Cedar Point, Knottsberry Farm, and several other amusements parks, is currently the subject of a mini-tender by Peachtree and LG. As soon as management found out about the mini-tender, they sent a letter out to the shareholder explaining who was behind it, their background, and motivations. I haven't been solicited so far. Management said that the tender price is below $20.
