I think all the answers people are looking for are here in the post I wrote in early May:

techstocks.com

There have been so many lies written on this thread about me. Read post 2212. I admit I was awfully positive about the future of RDIM/BYIT. I guess I was wrong.

Yes I am out of the stock.

Why did I sell? Two reasons. The float was growing way too fast and I did not understand how that was possible with the limited knowledge I had of the company's share structure. The second reason was the constant bashing of the company, its stock, and admittedly... myself.

The stockmarket is filled with mine fields.

I thought RDIM would be worth a ton. Perhaps BYIT will be some day. I hope so for all concerned. Believe me I had plenty of RDIM when I suggested investors call and get as accurate a representation of the float as possible. Here is the number for the transfer agent again:

Transfer Agent
Interwest Transfer Company
1981 Murray Holladay Road
Holladay, Utah 84117
Tel. (801) 272-9294

Finally let me add why I feel the stock trades where it does today. These words were posted by me on May 8th 1999:

The most important thing is that HouseHold Direct needs to do the things that will make investors want to buy these shares at these wholesale prices. The business plan seems so simple, so sound. All RDIM needs to do is close these acquisitions and they should be actually profitable. If that happens then RDIM is selling at a tremendous discount in my estimation.

I'm sorry everyone but I gave this company money to implement a business plan. That is all I was an investor. Yes I was in a private placement but certainly not some pump and dump scheme.

I hope this thread will some day return to a healthy discussion of the merits of an investment in BYIT.

Thanks, Jeff

FM: you have proven to me that you are just another internet jerk. So arrogant at such a young age. Shame really.

Peace nonetheless and goodbye.
