And I thought I was the ONLY one the tech folks called by my first name...there must be a tech support school that uses some of us newbies as 'testers'....if they pass the test of being able to A) understand our question and B) help us figure out how to implement what they just told us....and C) find out it worked....then they are a NUMBER ONE Full Fledged Tech CS...wonder how much they have to pay these folks for hazardous duty???
