conservative forms of investment are just as destructive if you constantly buy high and sell low....kind of depletes your capital!

risk in any anything that has to do with getting a return on your money....the higher the risk, the more proficient and knowledgeable one should be before they attempt it. best for most is to buy and hold index funds....walk away, come back ten years later and be pleasantly surprised!

mostly puts, but i do some short selling too. sure, a short can go bad on you, but not as FAST as a naked put or as leveraged. compared to a naked put... a short is "safe"
